Finally a kit that actually teaches technique instead of just slapping down some paint. The step-by-step guide for the feather textures made the owl look like it was about to fly right off the paper.

The owl's feathers were trickier than it looked in the tutorial, but the envelope design is a fun touch. It’s a decent kit if you’ve got some patience, though I wish the paint colors matched the sample a bit better.
